Our Story
Project Ganesha was born out of experience and observations that law firms are needlessly losing their talented women and diverse Associates due to a false narrative of what it takes to become a Partner and rainmaker. Associates are leaving private practice because they think they must choose between personal happiness and a successful law firm career. This is untrue. Partners and Associates can create an environment where professional and personal needs coexist and flourish.
Our Approach
Project Ganesha sets forth a strategy that is built on communication, collaboration, well-being and growth. Our playbooks and training are simple but impactful. They outline small steps that Associates, Partners, in-house counsel and allies can take immediately to reduce attrition and empower female and diverse Associates to reach the highest levels of their profession.
